Open Enrollment Campaign

Project Overview

Employee engagement with Open Enrollment materials is often low, leading to missed opportunities for understanding benefits options. The Cheesecake Factory aimed to address this by creating a campaign that effectively communicates complex benefits information to their large and diverse employee base. Our collaborative goal was to design a dynamic and informative campaign that would capture employee attention, simplify the decision-making process, and ultimately increase participation in the Open Enrollment program.

Open Enrollment Brochure

Created a visually compelling and easy-to-navigate brochure featuring clean layouts, bold typography, and eye-catching imagery. This design prioritized clear communication of benefits options, encouraging employee engagement.

Cohesive Branding

Developed a consistent visual language that extended across all campaign materials, including posters, social media graphics, and the brochure envelope. This ensured brand recognition and a unified message throughout the campaign.
